Chooks to Go Sweet Roasted Chicken, Cindys Snap & Roll, YM Collado's Foodhaus Pancit Malabon & Lumpiang Sariwa

Together with family and friends, my brother celebrated his birthday last year with delicious food from Talavera and San Jose City, Nueva Ecija, Philippines. We love Chooks to Go Sweet Roasted Chicken. Masarap kahit walang sauce! "Chooks" is the Australian casual term for chicken with "to-go" to indicate that it's for take out or delivery. It is a brand of Bounty Agro Ventures Inc. (BAVI), a poultry company based in Pasig City, Philippines, established in 1997.

We also enjoyed Lumpiang Sariwa or fresh spring rolls, Pancit Malabon topped with boiled eggs, crunchy chicharon and sliced shallots from YM Collado's Foodhaus located near Talavera General Hospital. Collado offers pansit & pasta products, homemade dishes, sandwiches, pork barbecue, fresh spring rolls, and yummy desserts such as halo-halo, maja corn, and puto.

For dessert, we savored every moment while eating Cindys' Snap and Roll, a colorful cake roll that looks and tastes like a pianono. Cindys was established in Tarlac back in 1972 and currently has 75 branches across 13 provinces and major cities in Luzon. They offer freshly baked goods, breakfast, and snacks. In San Jose City, Nueva Ecija, Cindys is located at GF Walter Mart, Malasin.
