Sinampalukang Manok, Salad, at Pasta

I am a chicken lover and I always look forward to fried chicken, chicken adobo, chicken sandwich, baked chicken, and tinola! My sister-in-law cooked Sinampalukang Manok, a Filipino chicken soup dish with chopped chicken, garlic, onions, ginger, pepper, tamarind fruits and leaves, and green chili.

For dessert, we enjoyed two salad recipes - Buko Salad and Fruit Salad - Today's Mixed Fruit with Alaska Crema and Condesada; and my sister-in-law's specialty - cheesy, creamy, and meaty spaghetti. I followed her recipe - prepared, cooked, and served it to the whole family. We celebrated the New Year with simple, home-made dishes.
