Cheesy Ensaymada

Walter Mart Supermarket offers baked products and my number one favorite is ensaymada. It is soft, creamy, and cheesy. Nine pieces in one pack is definitely a sulit-saver for a budgetarian like me.

But tempting as it is, I did plan to consume 9 ensaymada in 5 days but I ended up eating everything in just 2 days. The cream cheese beneath the shredded cheese makes each ensaymada - moist and simply divine. Watch out for promos at Walter Mart, Malasin, San Jose City, Nueva Ecija, Philippines. Sometimes they offer "Buy 1, Take 1" for Wally Ensaymada and other items.
